What would be the negative and positive reaction if Modi does not win the 2024 elections?

It's not a question of positive or negative. Nobody is indispensable. If Modi has ascended to the chair, someday he will have to descend for one reason or the other. There is no escape route. Nehru and LBD died in harness. Morarji Desai and Charan Singh lost power, Indira faced defeat and then assassinated after coming back to power. V P Singh and Chandrasekhar faced defeat, Rajiv Gandhi faced defeat and then assassinated, PVN Rao was defeated, Gujral and Deve Gowda were defeated, Vajpayee faced defeat, and MMS was also defeated.

Whether someone was strongly positive or strongly negative, didn’t make any difference. They were removed in one way or the other. Possibly people wouldn’t have been able to defeat Indira Gandhi next time, so she was assassinated. The same with Rajiv Gandhi. Possibly the opposition wouldn’t have been able to defeat Rajiv had he come for the 2nd term. A defeated Congress under Rajiv Gandhi’s leadership secured a 40% vote share in 1989. No government after Rajiv Gandhi could touch this mark. But he was removed from the scene. Modi will also be removed someday. It could be as early as 2024, who knows?

The last ten years have been a waste for the nation. Modi government has been a mountain of lies and manipulation. India will be saved as quickly as it can get rid of Modi. He started off with a great positive attitude. But quickly squandered all the opportunity and the trust people reposed in him. Now Modi’s only focus is how to destroy Congress. And for that, he can go to any extent. But that was not what the people, elected BJP to power for. Corruption was supposed to be the biggest reason or allegation against Congress for people to vote out Congress. However, all the allegations came out to be fabricated. The Modi government couldn’t prove a single one. But now see, it has been proved that BJP is the most corrupt party.

In just ten years of the Modi government, BJP has become the richest political party in the world, which Congress could never become in the previous 65 years of independence. The electoral Bond disclosure seems just the tip of the iceberg, the PM CARES fund could be another. Things are in black & white, no court judgment is required on how BJP got the EB money. If the PM cares fund details are leaked or exposed, we will get to see similar stories. The rest of the things will come out the day BJP will lose power.
