What if Mukesh Ambani is threatened by Dawood Ibrahim or a terrorist group, how would he respond?

t would be natural for any industrialist of Mukesh Ambani’s stature to receive a threat. Because they are the epicenter of economic activities of a nation. These people are constantly facing threats so far as business operations are concerned. An Industrialist of his stature operates in many nations across the world. They are very well aware of different dynamics of the business environment, political environment as well as any other factor that could affect/influence their personal well-being.

It would be foolish to think that they are not capable of controlling/tackling or negotiating any such threat. They control those factors that could affect their business or personal well-being ( at least from an external threat point of view)

They work in very close association of political power as well as opposition to whichever country or market they operate. Ambani has always maintained a very good relationship with the central government irrespective of the party in power.

Ambani credited Facebook for starting the "FDI avalanche" in India in the middle of a pandemic with its $5.7 billion investment in Reliance Jio in April 2020. Ambani and Zuckerberg highlighted that the WhatsApp Pay rollout, which began last month, will give a boost to JioMart's operations. Meanwhile, billionaire Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries Ltd’s retail arm on Thursday, 5th November 2020 raised ₹9,555 crores from the Public Investment Fund (PIF) of Saudi Arabia, taking total fundraising in the last two months to ₹47,265 crores.

Now this kind fund fundraising or FDI is possible when the business enterprise is found absolutely secured and the personal safety of the business head is fully ensured. And such an assurance would come from various governments. Anything happening to Ambani would mean a huge financial loss to those business enterprises and the countries. They would ensure that the cause of the threat itself is eliminated before any damage can be done. Dawood Ibrahim is no doubt very powerful, but there are forces that could neutralize even his power and influence. If Dawood undertakes any such ill-conceived plan, he himself could be at the receiving end. Generally, people like Dawood avoid clashes with such influential people, because such enmity could be very costly for Dawood himself.

Mukesh Ambani’s Antilia is estimated to be valued nearly at $2 Billion. Just think if he can spend $2 billion on his house, how much he can spend to ensure his safety. And if he spends that kind of money to remove the threat itself-possibly no one would be able to ward off the trouble. Not that he would be required to take any such step. His relation with political power would be enough to negotiate such a threat.

Just check out the quality of his relationship with the current Indian PM.

Check the list of who all attended Mukesh Ambani’s daughter’s marriage… It was attended by all the who’s who in Indian politics inclusive of the defense minister, Ex-President, opposition leaders

CEO security, given its high importance, is a costly business. Last year, Business Insider combed through SEC filings to find what it cost to protect some of the most powerful CEOs. $610,454 was spent on Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg's security in 2014. Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos was secured for a cost of $1,600,000 in 2015.

Following Death Threats, Mukesh Ambani has been given state protection with Z-level security cover that is provided to the country's top politicians and will be the first instance of it being extended to a business tycoon. This involves a pilot and other escort cars with over 20 armed commandos from the Central Reserve Police Force. The home minister is personally believed to have approved his security cover.
