Does PM Modi work on the ideals of Ram Rajya?

We don’t know what is Ram Rajya. Is it something like the Gujarat Model? I mean to say that unless there is something in black & white about the so-called Ram Rajya., how would we know about it? It could be really very good. But that good needs to be defined. Your question can not lead us anywhere unless we know what are those ideals and what their quantification is. Lord Ram is called मर्यादा पुरुषोत्तम Maryaada Purushottam. The literal translation is the Most dignified man.

There is a word in Hindi मर्यादित maryadit. Before my tenure at MP & CG, my understanding of the word was dignified and worthy of respect. However, during my tenure in MP & CG, I understood that मर्यादित maryadit refers to having limits or boundaries established. Like - Company Limited. That means responsibility and accountability are limited or restricted. In that sense, the word मर्यादा पुरुषोत्तम Maryaada Purushottam would mean something contrary to what we generally understand. So it is very very important to make it clear about what we are supposed to understand.

I wouldn’t have raised this question. However, I am a little constrained by the circumstances to seek clarity on the subject. Lord Rama left his pregnant wife Goddess Sita in the forest without even listening to her side or letting her seek justice and without even meeting her personally. The reason could be anything. However, this could have a ramification in our life. How do we interpret it as a common man? Modi Ji’s personal life also has a similar story. So we need to clarify whether Ram Rajya by any means includes this lesson as well or if can we kill some Bali from hiding. There are so many questions about Lord Rama, that lesser mortals like me never got any satisfactory answer. So whenever someone says Ram Rajya, we have to be really sure what all it will include and what not for common people like us. Ram Raya could have different meanings for different people. We need to know our scope.
