s Rahul Gandhi a graduate or only a high school pass?

Does it matter whether Rahul is a graduate or only a high school pass? There are so many MPs who are under matric. There are so many high-profile ministers with doubtful academics. As of now, Rahul is not even an MP. So why the hell are people bothered? Legally Rahul can fight elections even if he is class VIII passed. He doesn’t have to be a graduate to do politics or even become a PM. You can definitely ask for Rahul's qualifications, but then you ask for the qualifications of all the MPs, and MLAs inclusive of our Honourable PM Saheb. Let all the MLAs & MPs display their academic certificates in the public domain.

And supposed Rahul becomes PM of India and some CM (not even ordinary people) ask questions about his qualifications - the university will come into his defense and the High Court will fine the CM who would raise such a demand. So absolutely No Problem - Rahul can write anything in his qualification column- CA, CS, MBA, LLM, MA, MSc, Ph.D. whatever comes to his mind. Absolutely no issue. He can also write an MA in the entire Political Science. Nobody can challenge. If you apply for a government job, your certificates will be verified. You will not get a job if you have a police record. But for politicians, no such verification of certificates or police reports is required. Rather you could get better ministry if you have more police records.
